3. After your proof approval we will engross each approved diploma.

4. We will then insert each engrossed diploma into a diploma mailer fortified with chipboard to add protection during transit of diploma to recipient.

5. Ttransport to mailing facility and ship using Surepost to each recipient with tracking number.
